New Division One panels announced – 9/27/2023
The Arizona Court of Appeals Division One released the panel assignments for January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024.
The judges on Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals sit together on assigned three-judge panels—called “Departments”—for four-month intervals. The Court has released a new organizational order assigning the panels for January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024. Beginning January 1, the new Department assignments will be:

The Court of Appeals assigned responsibility to the Departments for Tax Appeals during this period on a rotating basis. The rotations will occur on a monthly basis: Department A will handle Tax Appeals assigned in January; Department B will handle Tax Appeals assigned in February; Department C will handle Tax Appeals assigned in March; Department D will handle Tax Appeals assigned in April; Department E will handle Tax Appeals assigned in May; and Department F will handle Tax Appeals assigned in June.
“P” designates the Department’s Presiding Judge
“AP” designates the Department’s Acting Presiding Judge
