Justice Gould to retire from the Arizona Supreme Court (3/12/2021)

Justice Gould announced that he will retire from the Arizona Supreme Court effective April 1, 2021.

Justice Andrew Gould announced that he will retire from the Arizona Supreme Court on April 1, 2021.  On behalf of AzAPP, we thank Justice Gould for his three years of distinguished service on the Arizona Supreme Court as well as his more than twenty years of public service to the State of Arizona as a trial judge, appellate judge, and justice.

The Commission on Appellate Court Appointments is accepting applications for the vacancy on the Arizona Supreme Court created by Justice Gould’s retirement.  Applications are due April 9, 2021.
