The Commission on Appellate Court Appointments advanced five nominees to fill the vacancy on Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals created by the retirement of Judge Peter Swann.

The Commission on Appellate Court Appointments sent a list of five nominees to Governor Katie Hobbs to fill the vacancy on Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals created by the retirement of Peter Swann. The Commission advanced the following nominees:

• Christopher A. Coury of the Maricopa County Superior Court
• Andrew M. Jacobs of Snell & Wilmer, LLP
• Amy D. Sells of Tiffany & Bosco, P.A.
• Karen L. Johnson Stillwell of the City of Phoenix Attorney’s Office
• Cassie E. Bray Woo of the Maricopa County Superior Court

Governor Hobbs will make her selection to fill the vacancy.
