The State Bar's Appellate Practice Section is hosting a panel discussion on arguments before the Supreme Court of the United States during the COVID Pandemic by remote video.

Please join the Appellate Practice Section for a special conversation with Paul Clement, the former Solicitor General of the United States. The program will feature Paul’s commentary on Supreme Court advocacy, arguing before SCOTUS during the COVID Pandemic, and other appellate topics.

Paul Clement. Paul is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Kirkland & Ellis, LLP. Paul served as the 43rd Solicitor General of the United States and has argued more than 100 cases before the United States Supreme Court.

Moderator:
Eric M. Fraser. Eric is a partner at Osborn Maledon, PA. Eric’s practice focuses on civil appeals. He regularly appears before the Ninth Circuit, Arizona Supreme Court, and Arizona Court of Appeals.
